Absolutely! Many prospective residents like to drive their rig through the park to check road widths and site access. Just let us know in advance so we can make sure a demonstration site is available.
We offer both monthly and annual leases. Monthly stays require a minimum of 30 days. Annual leases receive a discounted rate and priority site selection.
Yes — we love pets! Dogs and cats are welcome. We do ask that dogs be kept on a leash in common areas and that owners clean up after them. There are no breed restrictions, though we ask that all pets be well-behaved neighbors.
Marin RV Park is a active adult community. At least one resident per site must be 55 years of age or older. Guests under 55 are welcome for visits of up to 30 days per year.
All sites include 30/50/110-amp electric service, water, sewer, and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. All utilities are included in your monthly site fee.
